When you join a book club on booktignolles, we collect your chosen display name or nickname. We do not collect your email address, phone number, or any government-issued identification.
We collect anonymised data about how the app is used to improve the experience. This data is not linked to any individual user.
Text you write in the reflection prompts is stored on our servers and visible only to members of your book club group.
Your data is used solely to operate the booktignolles service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Book recommendations are sourced from Open Library (openlibrary.org), a project of the Internet Archive. No personal data is sent in these requests.
Shared group reflections are retained for the duration of the book club cycle, after which they are archived in your group's virtual book record.

booktignolles does not use tracking cookies. We use only essential session storage to maintain your login state during a visit.
